Our client is looking for a skilled Millwright to join their team. This critical role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and maintain large machinery and industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex repairs and installations to minimize downtime.
- Perform overhauls on machine gearboxes and other critical components.
- Identify and resolve malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Conduct standard maintenance on large overhead cranes and material handling systems.
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance to keep the facility in optimal condition.
- Inspect equipment regularly to prevent failures and ensure safety.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Millwright.
- Experience working on and assembling large machinery and equipment.
- Red Seal endorsement is preferred, or willingness to pursue it.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for repairs and malfunctions.
- Knowledge of machine gearboxes, machining, and fabrication equipment.
- Experience performing maintenance on overhead cranes.
- Proficiency with diesel, engine, and propane-powered forklifts.
- Electrical experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work at heights and lift or move up to 50 lbs.
