We are a growing flooring and renovation company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our projects running smoothly—from initial takeoffs to final completion. What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates for flooring and renovation projects
- Develop project timelines and schedule installers to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Coordinate with suppliers and installers to manage workflow and materials
- Issue invoices and maintain project documentation
- Provide regular communication and updates to clients throughout the project, ensuring they are informed and confident every step of the way
- Troubleshoot challenges on-site or in scheduling, ensuring smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in construction, flooring, or renovations
- Strong skills in estimating, scheduling, and project coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional communication and client service skills, with a proactive approach to keeping clients updated
- Proficiency with project management or estimating software (an asset, but training can be provided)
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects at once
