About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our client's team, specializing in claims processing and client management. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting interviews, drafting claims, and managing files from inception through settlement. You will be responsible for gathering relevant documentation, maintaining file progression, and ensuring a seamless settlement process. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently while exercising sound judgment.

What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience working as a Paralegal in Class Actions in a law firm.
- Paralegal Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional client service orientation with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, case management software, and database systems.
- Proven ability to conduct fact investigation, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make confident decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
