Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Technician to join our commercial roofing team in the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to assess roofing problems, identify the right repair approach, and complete service work with skill, safety, and professionalism.
You'll handle roof inspections, leak investigations, service calls, maintenance, and repairs across a variety of commercial roofing systems. The right person can work confidently on their own when needed, communicate clearly with the team, and take pride in doing the job properly the first time.

What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to commercial roofing service calls throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley
- Inspect roof conditions, locate problem areas, and troubleshoot leaks or system failures
- Complete repairs and maintenance on multiple roof system types
- Work with SBS, PVC, TPO, EPDM, flat roofing, waterproofing, and related components
- Document findings, repairs, photos, and service details clearly
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and project teams
- Manage your work area safely and keep job sites clean and organized
- Work independently on service assignments or alongside a crew when required
- Support emergency repair work and ongoing maintenance programs as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial roofing service and repair experience
- Familiarity with multiple roof system types, including flat roofing systems
- Ability to diagnose leaks, drainage issues, membrane damage, flashing problems, and general roof failures
- Confident working independently and making sound decisions in the field
- Comfortable using roofing tools, safety equipment, and basic service documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional attitude with a safety-first mindset
- Red Seal or trade certification is an asset, but not required
