Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the CTCMPAO
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with basic administrative duties such as direct billing, rebooking, and client payments (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer acupuncture treatments safely and effectively using sterile techniques
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations, wellness strategies, and expected outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Stay current with industry standards, continuing education, and evidence-informed practice
