Tru-North Supply is one of Manitoba’s fastest-growing wholesale suppliers serving First Nations communities. We are seeking an energetic, professional, and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout Northwestern Manitoba by visiting First Nations communities and working with all community departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, meeting people, and building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout Northwestern Manitoba to visit First Nations communities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chief and Council, Administration, Housing, Public Works, Health, Education, Water Treatment, Recreation, Economic Development, and other departments.
- Present Tru-North Supply’s products and services while identifying opportunities to meet each community’s needs.
- Generate new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
- Represent Tru-North Supply with honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Provide regular updates on customer needs and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales or business development experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Manitoba.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with or serving First Nations communities is a strong asset.
