We are seeking a professional Cremationist to join our team in a vital, behind-the-scenes role serving families at one of life’s most significant moments.
This position requires focus, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to dignity. The individual we’re looking for understands that every detail matters because every person matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cremations in accordance with all provincial regulations and internal identification protocols
- Verify documentation and maintain meticulous records
- Operate, inspect, and maintain cremation equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation (evenings, weekends, and holidays as required)
The Right Candidate
- Calm, steady, and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Mechanically inclined and procedure driven
- Physically capable of lifting and operating equipment safely
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Previous experience in cremation operations, funeral service, healthcare, or regulated technical environments is an asset though training will be provided for the right candidate.
