We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and driven individual to join the Eastway Toyota team in the dual role of Service Receptionist / Internal Service Coordinator.
This position is a true 50/50 split: you will spend half your time managing front-line guest hospitality and the other half coordinating critical service workflows and vehicle tracking behind the scenes. Experience is not necessary. We provide comprehensive training and love to invest in the right candidate.

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and the ability to learn dealership software.
- Strong multitasking skills to easily shift between guest interaction and focused data entry.
- Ability to maintain composure and speed during high-volume peak hours (such as the early morning service rush).
- Excellent customer service, clear communication, and a positive disposition.
Front-of-House Reception Responsibilities (50%):
- Warmly greet service customers, identify the nature of their visit, and connect them with the correct advisor.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, routing them efficiently or taking detailed messages.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming presence at the front desk.
- Escort guests to dealership amenities or requested departments.
Internal Service Coordination Responsibilities (50%):
- Act as the communication bridge between service advisors, parts staff, and technicians regarding vehicle status.
- Track and update internal repair orders (ROs) for used car reconditioning and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs).
- Monitor digital service queues and internal tracking systems to ensure real-time updates are accurate.
- Enter data into dealership software and pull weekly reports for management.
- Assist with licensing duties, service paperwork, and general department administration.
- Adhere to all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
