Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. This role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Prior warehouse experience and mechanical knowledge are highly desirable to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety.
Overtime will be paid.
Starting date is: 14 May 2026. 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Duties
- Picking and Packing
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems like AS400
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels through proper documentation
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas and ensuring efficient space utilization
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and manual handling of materials
- Assist in construction or maintenance projects as needed, utilizing relevant construction experience or mechanical skills
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
