Food Expeditor (Expo) – 7 AM to 3 PM (Strict Availability Required)

We are hiring a strong Food Expeditor who can handle pressure, move fast, and take control of the pass.
This is not an entry-level, slow-paced role — you must be sharp, organized, and confident.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Available 7 AM – 3 PM, weekdays + weekends
- Able to multitask under pressure without slowing down
- Strong communication — able to direct servers and kitchen clearly
- Must be comfortable being on your feet the entire shift
- Able to handle high-volume brunch rushes
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Running the expo line (final checkpoint before food leaves kitchen)
- Checking every plate for accuracy, quality, and presentation
- Managing ticket flow and keeping food within target times
- Answering all server questions quickly and correctly
- Ensuring modifications, allergies, and sides are correct
- Assisting with garnishing and final plating
- Stepping in wherever needed to keep service moving
- Must know the menu, inside & out
