Common Collection Agency is looking for a dynamic 3rd Party Collection Agent with a minimum of 3 years Third Party Collection Agency Experience.
Hours of Shift: (This position is an in-office position)
- Monday 12:00pm - 11:00pm
- Tuesday 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Every 3rd Saturday of the month 11:00am - 2:00pm

Experience/Qualifications Requirements:
- Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts by outbound/inbound Telephone calls.
- Communicate with customers while being compliant and following the provincial legislation laws & client guidelines.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to collection issues
- Be able to apply skip tracing techniques.
- Analyze and evaluate reports & execute KPI through one on one coaching.
- Follow guidelines to determine & negotiate suitable repayment arrangements
- Update customer account information with e.g. commitments to pay, amounts & dates, collection call updates
- Submit reports for review by collection management on a timely manner.
- Possible complete other collection responsibilities that may come up.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for consistent collection calls
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Adapt in a fast-paced environment & willingness to learn
- Desire to learn and further your career & be a team player.
- Evening coverage until 9pm a requirement on a mandatory late night.
- Bilingual an asset (English, French) but not required
