Skilled Labourer – Exterior Construction
Location: Okanagan, BC
Job Type: Full-Time
We are a growing exterior construction company specializing in high-end custom homes throughout the Okanagan. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our team.
Previous construction experience is an asset but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with job site setup and preparation
- Setting up, moving, and dismantling scaffolding and equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting with the installation of siding, stucco, soffits, trims, and other exterior cladding systems
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
- Supporting crew members with daily tasks as required
- Following company safety procedures and site-specific requirements
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- CSA-approved safety boots and required personal protective equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience in construction, siding, stucco, painting, or restoration
- Experience operating hand and power tools
- Fall protection, aerial lift, or first aid certifications
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
