Title: Automation Test Lead
Location: Toronto, ON / Hybrid (2-3 days per week in-person at Toronto office)
Duration: 6+ months contract

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
- Strong programming experience in Java.
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG/JUnit.
- Experience with Appium for Android and iOS mobile automation.
- Strong experience in API automation using Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture and testing strategies.
- Experience validating REST APIs, JSON, XML, and service integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Familiarity with SonarQube, Maven, Gradle, and reporting tools like Extent Reports or Allure.
- Exposure to security testing and accessibility testing is a plus.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred
Pay: $60.00-$131,129.51 per hour
