Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Siding Installer and bring life to residential and commercial buildings through modern exterior cladding installation. Duties
- Measure and prepare surfaces for siding installation according to blueprints and project specifications
- Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and utility knives to cut, shape, and secure siding materials
- Lift heavy siding panels and related materials safely, adhering to proper ergonomic practices
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation
- Apply caulking around seams and joints to ensure weatherproofing and a clean finish
- Install various types of siding including aluminum, wood, fiber cement, metal panels, IMPs etc. with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly
Skills
- Working at heights certification
- Proficiency with hand tools used in construction and siding installation
- Prior construction experience with a focus on exterior finishing or carpentry preferred
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading for accurate measurements and material placement
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during material handling and installation tasks
- Experience with caulking techniques for weatherproofing joints and seams
- Handyman experience that demonstrates versatility in various repair or installation tasks is a plus
- Good physical stamina, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
