Job Summary:
Dry N Shine Auto Spa is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Carwash Attendant to join our team. As a Carwash Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by efficiently washing and detailing their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including working weekends and holidays. Candidates must have a valid Ontario G driver’s licence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Wash, dry, and detail vehicles according to company standards.
· Ensure vehicles are cleaned thoroughly, both inside and out, including vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.
· Inspect vehicles before and after washing to check for any damage or issues and report findings to customers.
· Assist customers with their inquiries and ensure high-quality service.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the carwash facility, including washing equipment and keeping the work area free of debris.
· Manage carwash equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and notify management of any issues.
· Assist in handling customer payments and providing receipts as required.
· Ensure that the work area remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
· Assist with inventory management of cleaning products and carwash supplies, notifying management when stock levels need to be replenished.
· Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
· Support other team members as needed and ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a carwash, detailing, or similar customer service role is an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have a valid Ontario G driver’s licence.
- Must be able to do work up to 10 hour shifts
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs as required for maintenance tasks.
