About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Security Guard / Door Person to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff while ensuring compliance with all liquor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer activity and maintain a safe environment.
- Check and verify valid government-issued identification.
- Assist with crowd control during busy periods and special events.
- Support staff in preventing theft and handling difficult situations.
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents.
- Ensure customers comply with store policies and liquor regulations.
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence at all times.
- Complete incident reports when required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
