Job Description
We are seeking a Service Proposal Specialist for our Energy and Resources sector. Reporting to the Service Proposals and Project Control Manager, you will play a key role in the preparation, coordination, and quality assurance of proposals submitted to our clients, particularly for projects in renewable energy, decarbonization, and energy transition. You will be at the heart of the bidding process, collaborating with technical and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of proposals (content, resources, meetings, timelines, and compliance)

Writing and Formatting: Draft and adapt content, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and visual quality

Compliance and Document Management: Produce and update related documents (resumes, project fact sheets, presentations, etc.)

Strategic Support: Contribute to the development of response strategies and identify differentiating factors

Continuous Improvement: Lead post-proposal reviews and contribute to the optimization of practices, tools, and processes
Qualifications
-
Degree in a relevant field
-
3 to 5 years of relevant experience coordinating service offerings, ideally gained in engineering consulting or in a role with similar responsibilities, or in engineering project delivery,

Excellent writing skills and the ability to review and edit texts

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Spoken and written French and English, to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams nationwide (an asset)

Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence

Advanced proficiency with the Office 365 suite and collaborative tools (including SharePoint)

Previous experience in consulting engineering or a professional services environment is a plus.
