Duties:
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
- Tow vehicles to designated locations safely and efficiently
- Perform basic mechanical assessments on vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in distress
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and towing experience
- Commercial driving experience with a clean driving record
- Automotive repair abilities for minor on-the-spot fixes
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and irregular hours
- Be over 25 years of age
- Able to work on call, 10-4 shifts with interval of nightshift on call (premium for night shift)
