Summary
As a bilingual Sales Consultant, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and guiding customers through every step of their move. This is a hybrid role: roughly half your week is spent on the road conducting in-home visual surveys, and the other half in our Dorval office converting inbound phone leads.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & grow: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat and referral business.
- In-home surveys: Conduct on-site visual surveys to create accurate, customized quotes.
- Phone & virtual sales: Convert inbound phone and web leads, clearly explaining service options and value.
- Market insight: Monitor industry and local market trends to spot opportunities and refine strategy.
- Negotiate & close: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts that balance customer needs with company profitability.
- CRM excellence: Use our CRM to track leads, log activities, and report performance metrics.
- Team collaboration: Partner with operations and dispatch to ensure a seamless customer experience from booking to delivery.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (moving, logistics, real estate, or home services an asset).
- Valid Québec driver’s licence and reliable vehicle – vehicle allowance provided.
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (field visits + in-office phone/virtual sales).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle negotiations confidently.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft 365 (or similar tools).
