Registered Kinesiologist
Join our growing team and work alongside Physiotherapists and Orthopaedic Surgeons. Our beautiful facility boasts a large, spacious, state of the art gym that is perfect for rehabilitation and recovery.
Duties:
- Develop and progress personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals, needs, and abilities
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their exercise programs as needed
- Educate clients on injury prevention strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics or related field
- Must be registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario OR willing to apply for registration and new grads are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
