Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to collect and transport waste and recyclable materials. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficient driving, and heavy lifting to ensure timely and secure waste removal services for our clients.
Duties
- Operate roll-off trucks to pick up and deliver waste containers at various customer sites
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of waste or recyclable materials using heavy lifting techniques
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of pickups, drop-offs, and mileage
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and any issues that arise
- Assist with general maintenance of the vehicle as needed to ensure optimal operation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience of DZ roll off (AZ an asset)
- Valid DZ or AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Going to construction sites for pick up and drop offs
- Experience driving heavy trucks or similar vehicles preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic laws
- Excellent time management skills to meet scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of heavy lifting and long hours on the road
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions

Monday to Friday 5 to 7 am start (10 to 12 hours a day)
