Bartender – The Oxley (Yorkville)
The Oxley is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team in Yorkville.
We are seeking hospitality-driven professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering genuine service and strong product knowledge.
This role is for bartenders who take pride in their craft, understand hospitality beyond simply making drinks, and enjoy working as part of a professional team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3–4 years bartending experience in quality restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars, or similar hospitality environments
- Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to execute consistently under pressure
- Solid understanding of beer styles, draft systems, and pub service
- Working wine knowledge and confidence discussing wines with guests
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented approach
- Smart Serve certification required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver genuine hospitality and create memorable guest experiences
- Execute cocktails, beer service, wine service, and bar preparation to a high standard
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout service
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Assist with opening, closing duties, prep, inventory, and maintaining bar standards
Compensation & Benefits:
