*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive admin/receptionist person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring project timelines are met by effectively coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among team members. This position requires the ability to utilize various software tools to facilitate efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly
- Send invoices to customers
- Maintain customer records and update company databases
- Process payments and assist with accounts receivable/payable
- Order office supplies and maintain an organized office
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative duties
- Support management with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new software and office systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
