The Opportunity
We're looking for a Client-Facing Technical Project Manager who can confidently lead multiple software projects while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.
You'll work closely with developers, designers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. Success in this role requires strong organization and delivery skills, but equally important is the ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that makes sense to non-technical audiences.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of engagements, including custom business applications, AI-enabled workflows, operational systems, customer-facing platforms, and broader digital transformation initiatives. No two projects are exactly alike, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving new problems and working closely with innovative clients.
You'll typically manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and must be comfortable context-switching between projects while maintaining a high level of quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
As the central point of accountability for project delivery, you'll ensure commitments are met, communication remains clear, and clients have confidence in project progress from kickoff through delivery.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can balance business priorities with the realities of software development. You'll be equally comfortable facilitating conversations with executives, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and collaborating with developers on delivery plans, estimates, and priorities.
What You'll Do
- Lead delivery across multiple software and digital transformation projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, bi-weekly sprint reviews, live demos, and stakeholder meetings
- Translate technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences
- Ensure project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned
- Ensure user stories, requirements, and developer tickets are clearly defined and understood
- Facilitate estimation, sprint planning, and velocity tracking to support predictable project delivery
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to keep projects progressing efficiently
- Hold the line on scope while proactively escalating risks, blockers, and key decisions
- Identify risks early and recommend practical solutions before they impact delivery
- Provide regular project updates and weekly status reports to the Operations Manager
- Champion the use of AI tools to improve project delivery, communication, and efficiency
- Work daily within Monday.com, Zoom, Otter.ai, Figma, and other modern collaboration tools
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience within software, technology, or digital services environments
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent software projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trust and manage expectations
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Technical literacy with Agile methodologies, developer workflows, estimation, ticket management, and the software development lifecycle
- Confidence navigating scope discussions, project trade-offs, and difficult client conversations
- Comfortable working in a consultancy environment where priorities shift, and context-switching is part of the role
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve planning, communication, documentation, reporting, or project delivery
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Bonus Points
- Previous experience as a software developer, business analyst, or technical lead
- Consulting, agency, or contract delivery experience
- Experience managing AI-related or emerging technology projects
- Actively experimenting with AI-augmented workflows
