We're looking for a Veterinary Technician Assistant (VTA) who wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing veterinary hospital where patient care comes first and no one says, "that's not my job."

What You'll Do
- Assist veterinarians and RVTs with patient care and treatments
- Learn inventory procedures
- Safely restrain dogs and cats for examinations and procedures
- Clean, prepare, and stock treatment, exam, and surgical areas
- Support hospitalized patients with feeding, walking, and comfort care
- Maintain hospital cleanliness and infection control standards
- Prepare laboratory samples and assist with diagnostics
- Laundry, dishes, and the countless behind-the-scenes tasks that help a hospital run smoothly
- Be up for learning something new each day
- Help create a positive experience for both clients and their pets

Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must have one of the following:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital or clinic, OR
- Enrollment in or completion of a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, Animal Health Technician, or related animal care program
Applications from candidates without veterinary or animal health experience will not be considered.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience assisting with surgery or dentistry
- Knowledge of animal restraint techniques
- Experience with laboratory procedures
- Avimark experience
- Fear Free certification or related training
