General Labourer / Landscape Labourer

Job Type: Seasonal / Casual (Potential for Long-Term & Winter Employment)
Inline Landscaping Inc. is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as General Labourers / Landscape Labourers. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and being part of a professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll primarily assist our grass maintenance crews with trimming, garden maintenance, and day-to-day property maintenance while also helping with landscape installation projects throughout the season.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist grass maintenance crews with line trimming and edging
- Garden maintenance including weeding, cultivating, pruning, and cleanup
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials
- Spread mulch, topsoil, and decorative stone
- Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment
- Debris removal and job site cleanup
- Assist with landscape installations and other property maintenance projects
- Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and work safely at all times
- Represent Inline Landscaping professionally while on client properties
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to our shop at 3225 Salem Rd., Pickering.
- Crews leave from the shop each morning in company trucks and travel together to job sites.
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset but is not required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding outdoor labour throughout the day.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift and carry heavy materials safely.
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to work each day.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Respectful team player who communicates well with coworkers and clients.
Required PPE & Work Clothing
Applicants must arrive prepared for work with:
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots
- CSA-approved hard hat
- High-visibility safety vest
- Durable cargo work pants (shorts, sweatpants, athletic wear, or jeans with holes are not permitted)
Hours
Please note that this position does not guarantee a minimum number of hours each week. Work availability depends on weather, scheduling, and workload.

High-performing team members may also have the opportunity to continue working with us through the winter season.
