Job Description – Aggregate Operator / Skilled Laborer
We are looking for a reliable Aggregate Plant Operator / Skilled Laborer to join our team. This role involves hands-on work maintaining and operating aggregate plant equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on aggregate equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with plant setup, cleanup, and daily operations
- Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions
- Keep plant and equipment in good working condition
- Report issues promptly and work as part of a team
Requirements
- Construction, aggregate or related experience preferred (not required)
- Comfortable with tools and physical outdoor work in all weather
- Team player with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license a plus

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
