Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Calgary, AB
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to develop commercial accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and close new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers.
- Prospect, network, and meet decision-makers.
- Present commercial solutions and participate in on-site demos.
- Manage opportunities from first contact through closing.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- Exceptional spoken and written English. This role requires outstanding spoken English and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior business decision-makers.
- Proven ability to develop new customers and close commercial deals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.

This is a Calgary-based field sales position. Regular client visits and short scheduled office meetings are required.
