We are a medical spa and looking for an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician / Advanced Laser Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct professional skin assessments and client consultations.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s goals.
- Safely perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and post-care instructions.
- Recommend skincare products and treatment packages that support client results.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards.
- Deliver an exceptional five-star client experience from consultation through follow-up.
Treatments You’ll Perform
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Morpheus8 RF Microneedling
- PicoWay Laser Treatments
- Radio Frequency Skin Tightening
- Chemical Peels
Training may be provided for exceptional candidates with a strong aesthetic background.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Medical Aesthetician Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Laser certification (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa or cosmetic clinic (preferred).
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- Strong client retention and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence recommending treatment plans and retail skincare.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
