Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Process sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Conduct product demos and provide technical information to customers
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
- Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online channels
- Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interactions
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Sales acumen with a focus on upselling and enhancing the customer experience
- Familiarity with technology products or technical sales is a plus but not required
Shift and Schedule
Weekdays, Weekends as needed, Night shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
