Join Our Team as a 3PL & Accounts Payable Coordinator!

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented 3PL & Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team. This unique hybrid role combines inventory and logistics reconciliation with Accounts Payable support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with large volumes of data, and collaborating across departments to resolve issues.
This is more than a transactional accounting role. You'll become a trusted resource across finance and operations, helping ensure the accuracy of inventory, vendor accounts, and critical business data. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and better decision-making across the organization.

Own 3PL Reconciliation & Data Integrity (Approximately 60%)
You'll be the key link between our internal systems and our third-party logistics partners, ensuring transactions and inventory data are accurate and aligned.
- Reconcile inventory, transfers, receipts, and transactional data between internal systems and 3PL partners.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Review, validate, and maintain 3PL data, invoices, receipts, and inventory transactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for adjustments and resolutions.
- Partner with operations, finance, and external logistics providers to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Identify recurring challenges and recommend process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.
Support Accounts Payable Operations (Approximately 40%)
You'll also play an important role supporting our Accounts Payable team and ensuring vendor accounts remain accurate and up to date.
- Process and troubleshoot EDI transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Complete recurring reconciliations for key vendor accounts.
- Provide backup support for cheque runs, national accounts processing, and stock entry.
- Support the team during vacations, peak periods, and special projects.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For
· 3–5 years of experience in inventory reconciliation, logistics administration, accounts payable, finance, or a related operational accounting environment.
· Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
· Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) systems, inventory transactions, and data reconciliation processes.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently.
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
· Experience with ERP systems and EDI transaction processing; experience with Infor CSD is a strong asset
· Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
· Bilingual in French is considered an asset

Location
This position is primarily based out of our Corporate Head Office, located in the Campbell Heights/South Surrey area. Our current practice allows for work from home 1 day per week, as operations permit, for all Corporate employees. This arrangement is a discretionary perk and may be modified or discontinued at any time based on business needs.
Compensation
We’re committed to offering competitive and fair compensation. The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 per year. Where you land within this range will depend on your skills, experience, and the expertise you bring to the role. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional proficiency and mastery may be considered for the higher end of the range, while those meeting core requirements typically start closer to the midpoint.
