Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
· A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. Or non-retail customer service experience combined with specialized knowledge in at least two categories of products we deal with
· Goal oriented and willing to work to exceed sales targets
· An outgoing personality and great communication skills
· Experience at a major retailer is highly valued
Job Description:
· Meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Assisting and educating customers on the products that we carry
· Guiding customers through decision making on what product best fits their needs
