With a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and motivated Aluminum Welder to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality aluminum welding, fabrication, and repair work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Operate a variety of welding and fabrication tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in aluminum welding and fabrication.
- Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding processes with aluminum.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper safety practices in a fabrication shop environment.
- Red Seal or CWB welding certification (asset, but not required).
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
