About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, to start as soon as possible. Based out of our St. Mary’s location and reporting to the Vice President, Golf Cars, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-today operations of the Parts Counter, managing inventory, and supporting both internal teams and external customers.
This is a hands-on positions ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee daily Parts Counter operations, including balancing reports, tendering, closing the Moneris machine, and maintaining bin locations

Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers

Enter, pick, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
-
Participate in the telephone queue and respond to customer inquiries
-
Manage and order parts inventory as required

Monitor inventory levels against targets and report any variances
-
Perform regular cycle counts and validate inventory in accordance with company guidelines
-
Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Inventory Control on stock and cost adjustments
-
Identify and implement solutions for obsolete or excess inventory
-
Coordinate warehouse stock transfers and customer transfers at the counter
-
Maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and sales objectives

Adhere to company credit guidelines and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse operations (equipment, automotive, or similar industry considered an asset)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Comfortable working with inventory systems and reporting

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
