Join a locally owned independent pharmacy where patient care comes first. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and clinically focused Pharmacist to become part of our growing team in Delta, BC. What You'll Do
- Review and accurately dispense prescription medications.
- Provide exceptional patient counseling and medication management.
- Conduct medication reviews and support chronic disease management when appropriate or required.
- Administer injections and vaccinations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Recommend over-the-counter products and wellness solutions.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants while fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with College of Pharmacists of British Columbia standards and pharmacy policies.
- Help maintain efficient pharmacy operations, inventory, and quality assurance programs.
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Injection certification and authorization to administer injections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and personalized patient care.
- Previous community pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in Punjabi
