The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable Skin Care Specialist / Consultant with a strong background in skin science and medical aesthetics.
This is a consultative, client-facing role focused on building tailored skin programs. Our philosophy is centered on education, trust, and results — not pushy sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations with a deep understanding of client concerns and goals
- Design and manage fully customized treatment plans, incorporating:
- Laser technologies
- Injectables (Botox, fillers, biostimulators)
- Facials and advanced treatments
- Medical-grade skincare
- Educate clients on skin health, treatment pathways, and home care
- Confidently recommend services and products based on what is best for the client
- Work closely with practitioners to ensure alignment and optimal outcomes
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention and client loyalty
Qualifications (Required)
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a medical aesthetics clinic or advanced skincare environment
- Strong knowledge of:
- Skin conditions and skin physiology
- Laser treatments and energy-based devices
- Injectables and treatment planning
- Facials and medical-grade skincare products
- Proven ability to create customized skin programs, not one-size-fits-all solutions
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, educational approach
- Polished, professional, and comfortable working with a high-end clientele
