We’re introducing fresh, handmade samosas and are looking to build a dedicated samosa team.
We are hiring:
2 Samosa Makers – Fast, neat, and consistent at folding samosas.
1 Dough Specialist – Experienced in making samosa dough from scratch, rolling it thin, and preparing sheets ready for folding.
Requirements
Previous experience making samosas in a commercial kitchen.
Must know how to make authentic samosa dough from scratch.
Able to roll dough into thin, even sheets for production.
Fast, organized, and able to work efficiently in a team.
Maintain consistent size and quality.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Production Expectations
This is a high-volume production environment. We are looking for people who can work quickly while maintaining excellent quality.
Experienced samosa folders should be able to consistently produce 100–150 neatly folded samosas per hour. Quality and consistency are just as important as speed.
Responsibilities
Prepare samosa dough from scratch (Dough Specialist).
Roll and flatten dough into sheets ready for production.
Fold and seal samosas neatly and consistently.
Work efficiently as part of a production team.
Keep the workstation clean and organized.
