Frozen is a brand-new hospitality concept opening soon in downtown St. Catharines.
We're bringing together handcrafted ice cream, specialty coffee, fresh salads, desserts, mocktails, and warm hospitality, all under one roof. Every guest should leave with a memorable experience, and we're looking for the right leader to help make that happen.
Position
We're looking for an experienced *Café Operations Manager & Head Barista* who can lead daily operations, support the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You'll work closely with the owners to bring our vision to life while ensuring the café runs smoothly every day.
What You'll Do
Lead daily café operations
Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and specialty drinks
Train, coach, and motivate the team
Create staff schedules
Manage shift coverage and support the team when needed
Maintain exceptional customer service standards
Handle guest concerns professionally
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are always maintained
Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs to the owners
Complete opening and closing procedures
Work alongside the owners to help build a strong team culture
What We're Looking For
Leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
Strong espresso and barista skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
Someone who takes ownership and leads by example
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
