The work involved requires the worker to assist in pruning plants, picking vegetables, grading vegetables, and packing vegetables.
The job requires repetitive tasks that are physically demanding involving bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for extended periods of time. It is a large workload in a fast paced environment. Employees are responsible for keeping all work areas clean.
Employee's must be able to lift up to 23kg (50 lbs).
Work site is a hot environment.
