GP Brewing Co is a locally owned and operated beverage manufacturing facility that has been producing high-quality, crushable, affordable beer since 2016. We are a production brewery that values consistency, teamwork, and a hands-on work environment.
We are hiring one Brewer and one Cellar Hand. These roles work together to keep our beer moving safely and efficiently through the production process.
Overview
These roles place you at the center of our brewing operation. They involve monitoring fermentation tanks, preparing beer for packaging, managing cellar and brewhouse tasks, and keeping equipment clean and running smoothly. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced production setting. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, and contributing to a team that takes pride in what they produce, you will excel here.
Brewer Responsibilities
- Milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, and transferring wort
- Tracking brewing parameters including temperatures and gravities
- Cleaning and sanitizing brewhouse equipment
- Supporting early fermentation and yeast management
- Basic troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
Cellar Hand Responsibilities
- Monitoring fermentation, temperatures, pressures, and carbonation
- Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, hoses, and cellar equipment
- Managing beer transfers and filtration
- Preparing tanks and product for packaging
- Recording fermentation and production data
What we look for
- Prior experience in brewing or beverage production is highly preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Familiarity with pumps, motors, valves, or sensors
- Experience in forklift operation is a plus
- Hands-on experience with equipment operation, troubleshooting, or minor repairs

Work Environment
These are physical roles involving repetitive tasks, hot liquids, steam, and handling sanitizers and caustics. Work takes place around large industrial equipment. Full training is provided.
