Computer Upgrading Specialists Ltd. provides technicians for full-time, contract positions with multi-national IT companies. Roles are typically 3 months to 1 year with Computer Upgrading Specialists, with the possibility to convert into a full-time permanent position with our client.
This posting is for jobs in deskside support and system deployment at various client locations. Technicians work in a challenging team environment with excellent guidance and training provided. You will gain great support experience as well as make many career contacts.
Qualifications:
-Graduates of Post-secondary IT programs from SAIT, or similar, including fast-track programs involving computer system technology, networking, technical service and deskside support
- Certifications are definite assets: A+, Networking, Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.
- Direct Experience support conference room and other AV setups
- Excellent communication skills and experience working on a team or project
- Helpdesk and deskside experience supporting end users
- Strong work ethic
- 2+ years industry experience
- Must have a Valid Drivers License (non-GDL) and Vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
