What You'll Do:
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with precision and care
- Execute structural and non-structural repairs, including panel and frame work
- Repair or replace both interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and accessories
- Remove and install welded and sectioned parts, ensuring proper fit and finish
- Assess and repair structural components, utilizing frame equipment
- Uphold high standards of quality and productivity aligned with KPIs
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional repair work

Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
- Proficiency in vehicle disassembly, reassembly, and repair techniques
- Strong welding skills (MIG, TIG welding)
- Ability to assess and repair structural components
- Knowledge of repair tools and frame equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Red Seal or 310B certification
- I-Car Gold Class registration or working towards certification
- Additional certifications in welding or collision repair
- Experience working with advanced repair technologies
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Post-Secondary Auto Body Repair Program
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and your own toolbox
- Willingness to travel as needed
