We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining, repairing, and installing complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various settings. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and maintenance
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, parts used, and system conditions
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently
- Participate in routine on-call rotations
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance and repair
- Valid G1 Gas License Preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Chillers, Boilers and Central Plants
- Ability to read schematics accurately and apply technical drawings during installation or troubleshooting
- Mechanical knowledge combined with mechanic experience preferred for complex system diagnostics
- Prior experience working with large-scale HVAC systems in commercial or industrial environments is highly desirable
