Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. NutraTech is a fast-growing supplement and health product manufacturer committed to producing high-quality, safe, and effective products. We’re looking for a dedicated and dependable Production Laborer to join our operations team in a hands-on role that’s critical to our daily success.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, clean, and monitor manufacturing equipment (mixers, fillers, sealers, etc.)
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products
- Follow detailed batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform quality control checks and maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Handle materials, ingredients, and products safely and efficiently
- Complete production logs, inventory sheets, and digital checklists accurately
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (food/supplement preferred)
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet for extended periods
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or other cleanliness/safety protocols
- Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in doing quality work
- Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Quick to learn and adapt to new tasks or processes
