Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our Edmonton team. The ideal candidate will excel in building customer relationships and driving sales growth across various channels. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging customers, and providing exceptional service to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunitieslity
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and professional demeanor
- Assist in inventory management and light warehouse duties
- Support outside sales team - experience w/ Sage is a valuable asset
- Marketing and social media creation experience will also be an asset
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
