TDL is a focused distributor of pet foods, litters, seed products, treats and supplies to the Pet Specialty market. Our customers range from pet retail stores, veterinarians, and groomers. We are currently looking for a positive person to fill the role of Customer Service Representative for a full time position in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate requires the ability to build and maintain good relationships with our customers while displaying a positive can-do attitude, excellent phone etiquette, willingness to up-sell our products and possess the ability to make sound decisions.
The main responsibilities of this position are accurately and efficiently taking and entering orders, invoicing orders along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Being able to adapt, change and problem solve on the fly is a must. Proficient computer skills are required and data entry and order desk experience using Sage 300, MS 365 and Excel experience are also assets.
Other duties may include and are not limited to general office maintenance such as sorting and filing and other duties that may arise
Responsibilities and Duties
- Order/Data Entry using Sage 300
- Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate individual if necessary
- Handling customer inquiries

- Filing and other general office duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- 1-2 years data entry and office experience
- Team player
- Post-secondary education is not required but strong computer skills are essential
- Positive attitude
- Proper phone etiquette
- Must be able to fluently read, write and speak English
