Job description
- Maintain driver logs as applicable and complete pre-trip inspections.
- Maintain vehicle’s maintenance record.
- Adhere to all safety requirements.
- Being able to use a routing system.
- Loading and unloading | Pick-ups and drop-offs
- Drives around the Lower Mainland – rain or shine.
- Driving skills: Operating 10-tone truck / Semi-truck (CLASS 1 is required).
- Great understanding of how to operate with perishable products.
Job Duties:
- Loading & Unloading truck
- Delivering to commercial locations
- Heavy lifting up to 50lbs
- Ability to use manual and electric pallet jack
- Ability to use liftgate / taking pallets in and out of truck
- Ability to use / know how to operate a "reefer truck"
