310T Diesel Mechanic

We’re currently looking for a skilled 310T Mechanic to join our shop and work alongside our Lead Technician. This is a stable, long-term role with real responsibility and room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing and developing preventive maintenance programs that keep our fleet on the road
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on trucks and trailers
- Conducting safety inspections and ensuring ongoing CVOR compliance
- Mentoring and supervising technicians and apprentices on the shop floor
- Maintaining accurate records in TruckMate (Trimble TMS) fleet management software
- Working proactively to minimize downtime while keeping safety the top priority
What You Bring
- Valid 310T Mechanic certification — this is required
- 5+ years of hands-on truck and trailer maintenance/repair experience
- Solid working knowledge of CVOR, MTO, and transport safety standards
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and fleet management software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A team-first attitude with the ability to self-direct when needed
Bonus Points For
- Previous supervisory or lead technician experience
- Hands-on experience with TruckMate or Trimble TMS
- Experience with intermodal equipment
