About the Role
We're looking for an Associate or Manager (title flexible depending on experience and fit) to help support the launch of a new product during its pilot phase. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, and business development.
You'll work directly with the product managers and engineering team to optimize GTM strategy, improve operational processes, analyze business performance, and help shape the future direction of the product.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution and is excited by the opportunity to help bring a new product from pilot to scale.
What You'll Do
- Operationally support a new product throughout its pilot phase, helping ensure successful day-to-day execution and continuous improvement.
- Analyze business and product performance to identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and user experience.
- Help the product managers define requirements, prioritize improvements, and support new feature launches.
- Own and improve operational processes that support product growth and scalability.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, answer business questions, and measure product success.
- Support experimentation by defining success metrics, analyzing results, and making recommendations.
- Create documentation, workflows, and scalable operating procedures as the product evolves.
- Take ownership of special projects that require strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Strategy, Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data to support business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience creating polished presentations and working extensively in spreadsheets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally across different teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience or exposure to sales strategy and/or customer success
- Experience using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience writing SQL queries or working with relational databases.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation software such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Experience with operational reporting, business analytics, or process improvement initiatives.
Additional Information
- The role is a on-site role which requires you to locate in Calgary, AB.
- The work schedule is Monday - Friday, with the option to WFH one day per week.
