We are seeking a Campus Operations Manager who will help steward the daily operations of the campus, ensuring that the systems, communication, and practices supporting our learning community remain organized, consistent, and responsive.
Role Overview
The Campus Operations Manager plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day functioning of the campus. Working closely with the Program Manager, this individual helps maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong sense of cohesion across the community.
This is a highly collaborative leadership position for someone who finds fulfillment in creating order, supporting people, and ensuring that the many moving parts of a campus work together seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain licensing documentation and support ongoing regulatory compliance
- Coordinate records management, audits, and inspection readiness
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in Illumine reporting and documentation
- Support medication administration procedures and record keeping
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation practices throughout the campus
Administrative Leadership
- Maintain enrolment documentation and student records
- Oversee incident reporting processes and documentation
- Support scheduling coordination and operational planning
- Facilitate clear and timely communication across teams and departments
Campus Leadership & Community Support
- Serve as a key operational resource for Educators, families, and leadership
- Carry and monitor the campus phone as required
- Provide leadership coverage when needed
- Support the daily rhythm and flow of the campus
- Partner closely with the Program Manager to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for students, families, and staff
Who You Are
- Level 1 Early Childhood Educator certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Calm, thoughtful, and composed in dynamic environments
- Able to anticipate needs and approach challenges proactively
- Comfortable maintaining consistency and accountability with kindness and professionalism
- A strong communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to supporting a collaborative team culture
- Appreciative of structure, systems, and continuous improvement

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
